Belated Merry Christmas post

Portfol:

I got a 3.5 for all my efforts. I'm satisfied with it but there's always something in me that hoped I got a 4 for it. Oh well... at least all I have left to worry about it Exhibit. The parting words the panel said to me gave me great encouragement. Not exactly world domination but... atleast I'll make sure that everyone who know me will be proud of me in the near future.

Christmas:

Christmas this year was better than last year. We may not be that many unlike before but having Christmas with family is way better than spending it alone while texting and chatting with other bisexuals online. Whee... Like that ever made me feel complete. I got a nice pair of Dupe orange sandals from kuya Joel, a white tee from Kuya Arnel, boxer shorts from my aunties and a cash envelope from my mom containing a VERY generous amount of money.

Even the Christmas parties are better (save for that boo-boo I made during the OSA presentation). I got chicken stuffed toys from BJ and Jenjen, a bitchy t-shirt from Jgo, condoms from Di... (kinky!), Corkboard/whiteboard from Kim and an original dvd of 13 going on 30 from my sweetie. I also got a cool orange bag from Tomato. I cried during the party tho since I got sad that Jenjen, Jgo, Kim, Jaja, Irene and Di will be graduating. I was happy that time too since someone else was happy too... someone dear to me.

Speaking of which, that person took me to dinner on an all you can eat salad with steak and seafood. It's the first time anyone has taken me to dinner and it felt nice...

The eternal dreamers mini-party was very nice too. Gerr got me this kinky keyboardist t-shirt, Milo got me a black shirt with a cool insignia and Ace got me Card Captor Stickers and Notebook. Hee... I'm so happy for Milo that night coz he brought his gf along! Chad is nice and her chemistry with Milo is just too cute. :3 Cheers to Milo and Chad. (Chad is a girl btw...)

Reunions and all that crap:

I dread reunions. It's that time of the year when nosy and insensitive relatives get the privilage of asking you questions like "may girlfriend ka na ba?" or "graduate ka na ba?" and stuff like that.

Both reunions from my father and mother's side happen right after Christmas. This time, the reunion on my mother's side went first. It was a crappy time at first but it got better towards the end. One of my uncles have this fun way of giving out aguinaldos that is played out like a raffle system. He calls how much money is at stake and he draws one of our names from a ballot box. The amount of money can be as ridiculously low as 25 centavos and as high as 500 pesos. Every year I was usually the unlucky one who went home with 5 pesos, 20 pesos or even 10 cents. This year, I got the 500 :D Whee!!!

Maybe the night wasn't so bad after all.

Sick:

*sigh* I think I'm getting too stressed and fatigued for my own good. I had a fever that almost went up to 40 degrees. It was horrible coz I was freezing so much and at one point I started to puke blood. After alot of medication and medical help my condition was stabilized and looks like I'll be healing soon.

I think with all the driving and lack of sleep plus the stress and fatigue is finally getting to me. I'm not getting that much nutrients from what I eat so looks like I need to take care of myself, pronto. I need to get back to working out again... and hopefully I'll be getting a new apartment soon near CSB.

As much as I hate to admit it, I dont like travelling and driving anymore.

strange things are happening...

The wheel of fate and I

Funny about how things seem to go your way at first then end up going wrong next. Take monday for example. I was overjoyed to find out that Portfol panel defense has been moved by 9 days from the first date given. The news made me into a raving lunatic jumping bean with glee. 3 hours later I found myself in a state of shock since I got into a car accident. I suffered half of emotional trauma and half humiliation since I hit something. Good thing the guy in the van was nice...

Boohoo at the movies

This is the first time I ever experienced watching a movie in the cinemas for 3 straight days with my beloved.

  • Chicken Little : true testament that majority of 3D movies are nothing but sight gags without the proper presentation of the foundation of the movie itself which is the story line. I think paying 120 bucks at Pioneer was a waste. Fortunately since I saw that with my beloved it was worth it. We could have done better stuff inside the cinema if it weren't for the Japanese family beside us and several couples we offended.
  • Just Like Heaven: now this is where the worth from paying 120 bucks at Chicken Little paid off. I loved this movie. Gripping story line, sweet and tender moments, psychological angles, nice romantic twists, jiving comedy, Reese Witherspoon and Mark Ruffalo starring in it (not to mention the lighter side of spirit apparitions). It's all in the package. I'm a sucker for chick flicks. This made me jerk a tear or two. It was a very fun date and we strolled all over the mall until 9:15.

  • Ang Pagdadalaga ni Maximo Olivarez: Now this made me cry. A very touching story and it hit me right in my full-sized aortic pump. Seriously, I highly recommend watching this one and screw you if you're a homophobe. Saw this with Bordge and BJ along with my beloved. Teehee. And it was the perfect day to end the horrid day.

Encounters with WTF!?

I don't get this at all... Recently my ability to sense and see paranormal activity has increased and I am not liking what my senses tell me. Floating heads, men in red, "misplaced" shadows, spirits hitching a ride inside the vehicle, "fake" cats, etc. Even more stranger, why do we see these things around the Cainta area particularly Vista Verde? Was there something that happened in that place years ago? Why all the undead activity? Even BJ is getting annoyed with it and if only we could close it our gifts/curse. These things apparently are even breaking through my barriers... especially that damned cat. It broke my barriers...

I suggested if Spirit Questors can handle these but BJ protested against it since those people use occult as a weapon similar to those of the metaphysical. I'll just have to rely and strengthen my barriers that run on faith and prayer...
